Edna Grace Rigg was born on September 10, 1894. She was the daughter of Justin Norman Rigg and Mary E. Arnold. Edna married Clarence Comstock in 1915. Charlotte Rigg Nugent recently shared this information with me. Justin was her grandfather's brother. Nice to finally have this mystery solved! Hopefully Charlotte will be able to find out more about Edna. She certainly was a beautiful baby!
