George Franklin Rigg was another brother to Thomas Townley Rigg. He was born to Townly and Phebe Rigg on May 30, 1834 in Wabash County, Illinois. He married Margaret Ellen Hushaw on August 14, 1862. G. F. and Margaret had two boys, Justin Norman Rigg and George Burton Rigg. George Franklin Rigg died in 1925. His son George Burton had three children, Margaret Bugh Rigg, Raymond Ruel Rigg and Charlotte Rigg Nugent.
