William Rigg was a brother of Thomas Townley Rigg. I know very little about him other than his parents were Townly and Phebe Rigg and his wife's first name was Rebecca. He was killed in battle during the Civil War. On Townly Rigg's Affidavit of Death, the list of heirs includes: William Rigg deceased heirs P.O. Box Dunlap, Iowa.
